excellent stay
professional staff local restaurants attentive service
i found the staff to be professional. they offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants. the service i received was attentive, and the team was always ready to help (especially at the concierge desk!).
the elevator system could be a little confusing at first.

the hotel includes a well-equipped fitness center. i noticed it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a business center with computers and printing services available .

the concierge helped arrange water taxi services. i also saw them book private tours for several guests. daily housekeeping was provided, and fresh towels were available each day. room service was quick and efficient.
